Community rules

Reviews and comments help other drivers. To keep them useful and fair, please follow these rules. They are part of the Terms of use.
Write about your own experience
- Review only businesses you have actually used. Describe what happened, when and what you paid, as accurately as you can.
- Do not write reviews for money, free services or other benefits, for your own business or a competitor, or on behalf of someone else.
- One review per person per business. Please update your review instead of posting again.
Keep it respectful and lawful
- No insults, threats, hate speech, discrimination or harassment.
- No false statements of fact about people or businesses. Opinions are fine; accusations of crimes need to be left to the authorities.
- No personal data of others: no phone numbers, home addresses, plates, IDs or photos of people. Do not name employees.
- No advertising, links to other sites, contact requests or spam.
How moderation works
Reviews appear after you confirm your email address. Anyone can report a review or comment. Moderators check reports, may hide or remove content that breaks these rules or the law, and keep a log of their actions. Businesses may reply once to each review. A review is never removed just because it is negative. If you believe content about you is unlawful, contact us using the details in the Imprint and we will examine it promptly.
Consequences
We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that repeatedly or seriously break these rules.
